UNVOICED / VOICELESS (vocal cords do not vibrate) E.g.: think, thought, thorny, thing, method, bath, thank, birthday, tooth, thirteen... VOICED (vocal cords vibrate) E.g.: the, these,  those, rather, them, mother, father, they, other, together, smoth... Place tongue between the teeth for both types. ------------------------------------------------------ Now practice pronouncing these sentences using the 2 th sounds.
