We appreciate your patience: Quando você não tem certeza de quanto tempo vai levar para resolver o assunto em questão.
We appreciate your business: Simplesmente puxando o saco do cliente :D

Cartas, e-mails ou cartões informais

No caso de emails e cartas informais – eu adicionaria e-cards (cartões eletrônicos) e greetings cards (cartões) aqui também – alguns fechos comuns são:

XOXO (para amigos, namorados etc). Obs.: XOXO quer dizer “abraços e beijos”

Participar de um programa destes não é nada fácil, é preciso estar preparada para cada etapa:

• Preenchimento de diversos formulários e requerimentos
• Criação do vídeo...
