Shepherd's Pie

A Shepherd's pie é uma torta típica da Irlanda. Para fazê-la, basta refogar a carne na manteiga com a cebola, sal, pimenta, caldo de carne e outros temperos a gosto. Depois, misture com os legumes. 

Quando a carne estiver pronta, coloque em uma travessa e cubra com o purê de batatas.

Independence Day - July 4th

O "Independence Day" (Dia da Independência) ou "Fourth of July" (4 de julho) é um dos feriados mais importantes dos Estados Unidos. Foi esse o dia em que os Estados Unidos decretou sua independência da Inglaterra em 1776. Para celebrar o 4 de julho, os americanos costumam fazer churrasco, soltar fogos e cantar músicas patrióticas.
