Thank you for (blablabla) + Warmest regards: Quando sua intenção é pedir para seu cliente fazer ou deixar de fazer algo (na maioria dos casos algo chato ,tal qual, responder a uma survey de qualidade de serviço prestado, por exemplo) ou ainda quando você quer vender algo.
We appreciate your patience: Quando você não tem certeza de quanto tempo vai levar para resolver o assunto em questão.
We appreciate your business: Simplesmente puxando o saco do cliente :D


Cartas, e-mails ou cartões informais

No caso de emails e cartas informais – eu adicionaria e-cards (cartões eletrônicos) e greetings cards (cartões) aqui também – alguns fechos comuns são:
XOXO (para amigos, namorados etc). Obs.: XOXO quer dizer “abraços e beijos”
